RealTraining LLC started in 2013, in Alexandria, VA in a small private facility. Aside from the epic weight loss transformations, much more has been accomplished over the years. RealTraining has built a solid community of positive, passionate, and motivated clients and trainers that take pride in their health and wellness.

 

Founder, Tiffany Artis realized early on that reaching your fitness goals required more than working on the outside, but it also required a great deal of dedication towards improving the inner self. Every client receives an unique experience that's within their fitness level. They achieve the goals they set physically and mentally in order to live their best life possible.

This dynamic program approach has led numerous clients to reaching their goals and beyond. RealTraining's "Real work. Real results" style of training has proven effective, empowering, and exciting.
