Tiffany "Tiff" Artis is a former Division III Women’s Basketball Player with Division I Collegiate Strength Coach Experience (all sports). She started her training career early as a middle school basketball coach after suffering an ACL injury as a junior in high school (varsity 4 years). Having always been an athlete, Tiff knows what it takes to execute a training program at a level that guarantees results. She has coached hundreds of clients all of the world! Yes, she has online training programs that have reached clients in London and Bali.
